Richie Carter, a native of Northwest Montana, maintains a studio in the Flathead Valley painting landscapes and still-life compositions. Although Montana is his home base, global travels spent studying the Old Masters are an essential part of his practice. He has a BFA in Painting from the University of Montana and has studied art in northern France and Venice, Italy. He has had numerous group and solo exhibitions at galleries and museums including The Hockaday Museum of Art, Settlers West Galleries, Vanessa Roth Fine Art, Laguna Beach, and is in numerous private collections. His work is represented by Montana Gallery and Frame of Reference Fine Art
Tom Saubert remains a committed Western regionalist well known for painting both the historic and contemporary West, especially the people and culture of the Plains Indians. Saubert graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art with a BFA in painting and illustration, and has been featured in articles for Fine Art Connoisseur and Forbes, among others. A self described “nut for accuracy,” he has spent his life experiencing and studying the rich heritage of the American West, and his painting style gives meaning and truthful expression to his subject matter. Saubert’s work is in many private and corporate collections and can be found at Frame of Reference Fine Art and Beartooth Gallery of Fine Art. His home and studio are in Kalispell, MT.

Linda Tippetts grew up near Great Falls, MT. She is a nationally recognized landscape, figurative and plein air artist and is regarded as one of the most well-known artists of Glacier National Park. She was one of the original artists highlighted in the Hockaday’s 2015 seminal exhibition A Timeless Legacy: Women Artists of Glacier National Park which later became a PBS documentary film, and her retrospective exhibition, Roads Well Traveled—Some Were Gravel: Linda Tippetts is currently on view at the Hockaday. Tippetts was one of the original members of the prestigious California-based group Plein Air Painters of America. She has been a featured artist in the C.M. Russell Auction and Russell Stampede Quick Draw for many years. Linda Tippetts currently lives in Augusta, Montana, and continues to hike, paint and actively show her work. Her paintings are currently carried by galleries in Montana and Canada.

Ron Ukrainetz was born, raised, and currently resides in Great Falls, MT. He has been featured in magazines such as Western Art Collector, Wildlife Art Magazine, and Fine Art Connoisseur. He works primarily in acrylic on engraved clayboard (polychromatic engraving). Ukrainetz has participated in the C.M. Russell Art Auction since 1995 and the C.M. Russell Art Auction Quick Finish, and the C.M. Russell Stampede Quick Draw. He is also a founding member and past-president of Montana Painter’s Alliance, co-founder of the Young Masters Art Program for Montana, and a founding member and chairman of the board of trustees for the Out West Art Foundation, Inc. He also works in oil, both en plein aire, and in his studio. Ukrainetz’s historical paintings and research of the Lewis and Clark era have gained wide acclaim from artists and scholars.

Wildlife artist Sally Vannoy grew up on a horse ranch in Montana and has ridden horses and had an affinity for animals since a young child. She works primarily in oil. Vannoy’s works can be found in private and corporate collections throughout the country. Her work has been exhibited at Hockaday Museum of Art, the Briscoe Western Art Museum, C.M. Russell Museum and numerous galleries including Settler’s West, Coeur d’ Alene Galleries and Samarah. He studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing and Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, Guangzhou and later earned his BFA in painting at Massachusetts College of Arts and MFA in Painting at Boston University. Liang studied and painted the Wampanoag Indian culture at the outdoor Museum in Plymouth, Massachusetts which sparked his interest and focus primarily on Native American Indian cultures and their traditional ways of life.
